RiverPark Partners Advises Best Home Care on Sale to Honor Health Network

RiverPark Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to the New Jersey home care provider

NEW YORK, October 2, 2026 — RiverPark Partners announced today that it served as exclusive financial advisor to Best Home Care in its sale to Honor Health Network, a portfolio company of Webster Equity Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed.

For more than 15 years, Best Home Care has helped individuals and families across New Jersey receive care at home. Its dedicated caregivers, local leadership, and longstanding community relationships have made it a trusted provider in the state.

Headquartered in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey, Honor Health Network is a multi-state provider of home and community-based care. The acquisition strengthens Honor’s presence in its home state and gives Best Home Care’s team access to the resources of a broader healthcare network.

RiverPark advised Best Home Care’s owners from transaction preparation through closing. The firm positioned the company for a targeted group of potential buyers, managed the sale process, and worked alongside the owners and their advisors through diligence and execution.
