Morty Schaja

Morty Schaja is the CEO and Founding Partner of RiverPark Capital.

 

Formerly he was the President and Chief Operating Officer at Baron Capital where he managed the growth of the firm from $40 million in assets under management to over $15 billion. Before joining Baron, Morty was Executive Vice President of First Security, a registered investment advisor and hedge fund. Previously, he served as a Senior Analyst with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette’s Stock Index Department. Earlier, he was Vice President for Consulting with Data Resources, Inc., a leading economic consulting and forecasting firm.

Morty received his B.S. in Physics from Columbia University and M.B.A. from Columbia University.
